Casa Isabel sits on a cliff, above the beach at the south end of the Malecon, in what is known as the Romatic district of Puerto Vallarta. As we made our way in the cab through the bumpy congested streets of downtown, I kept my eye on the beautiful yellow hotel, nestled high up on the hill.
